It works just like a regular conference call except that the Host can view and manage the conference call in real time via their desktop PC or laptop using the AireConference Web Portal. A conference call can also be managed via touch tone commands from your telephone keypad … or a combination of both.

3. What is the AireConference Web Portal?
The AireConference Web Portal is an online tool for managing and monitoring a conference call in real time on your desktop PC or laptop. It provides a Web interface which allows you as the host to view all participants on the conference call as well as to have access to features like conference locking, caller blocking, muting, dropping of unauthorized callers, Lecture/Q&A session control and conference recording … all with just a click of your mouse.

4. When should I use the Web Portal?
Use the Web Portal on every conference call or whenever you like. It is always available for your use. The AireConference Web Portal allows you to monitor your conference calls both from your computer screen and/or via touch tone commands from your telephone keypad.

6. What are the costs involved in an AireConference account?
AireConference customers are offered low, competitive conferencing rates. Domestic callers call into a conference call by dialing a Toll Free access number (at no cost to the caller). The AireConference customer is then billed per minute per caller.

7. Is there a limit on the length of a AireConference conference call?
No, if the conference call is not recorded. There is a limit of 6 hours if the conference call is recorded. There is no limit on how many hours you wish to conference each month.

8. Is there a limit to how many conference calls I can make?
No, you may conduct an unlimited number of conference calls.

9. How many callers can be on a single conference call?
The maximum number of callers is 450 and there is no required minimum.

10. Can International callers participate?
Yes. Local dial-in numbers from 23 International cities are available at no extra charge (normal local calling tariffs will apply). Also a domestic local dial-in number is available for other International callers (normal International long distance tariffs will apply).

11. Can I review a report of my conference call?
Yes, online reports via the AireConference Web Portal are available showing the details for each conference call and for each caller on the conference call, once the conference call is complete.

12. Can I record conference calls?
Yes, you can record your conference calls. As an AireConference customer, you can playback and/or download recorded conferences via the AireConference Web Portal.

13. Can other participants listen to recorded conferences?
Yes, other participants can also call in to playback a recorded conference. Your normal conferencing rates will apply for these calls. You will also have the option of downloading a recorded conference and emailing it to your conference call participants.
